The Fabulous Penguin               

A penguin has wings with feathers but the wings are too small for it to fly. Penguins can stand very, very cold temperatures. The colour of the penguin is white as snow and black as night. Penguins have a slick body, like oil, for it to slide on the cold freezing ice. Penguins have sharp beaks that are as strong as a drill. When they slide on their belly’s they can reach 50 MPH!!!!!!!

The normal penguin height is 49cm and blue penguins are 51cm - emperor penguins can be 1.3m. The penguins head is as round as a circle it has two black, beady eyes like black shiny marbles. Penguins have tails as flat as paper that make them faster when they walk because it slams down to give them a boost.
