The best day at Camp Raglan was Tuesday because my awesome team group did some Rockclimbing. While I was climbing on the hardest wall the parents were shouting as hard as they could and I made it. While I was climbing, I actually hurt my fingers so much!

The best activity was the flying fox because it wasn't scary and it was hard walking it back up the hill. When I went down the hill on the flying fox I wasn't screaming at all. When I first saw the flying fox I thought that it would be scary but it wasn't. After I got off the flying fox I felt like I wanted another turn.

At Camp Raglan I liked the rifles the best because I have never shot a gun in my life I did okay. I got the target every time.

1. Favourite Activity: Archery was my favourite activity because the first time I was terrible at it but i have improved since last year and I had a lot of fun doing it. I also got close to hitting the bullseye. 2. My Favourite Food: My favourite food was the Beef Stew on the first night because it was cooked to perfection and it had veggies so it was also healthy. Dessert was amazing my favourite was the chocolate pudding because it was really chocolatey and delicious. 3. My Favourite Part: My favourite part was the skit because it was really funny and it was with our dorms so it was better. Our dorm did alright but did not win sadly.

My favourite activities were rifles and archery. My favourite thing about rifles was the bigger rifle because it has recoil and I got a bulls-eye with it . My favourite thing about archery was the professional bow - I got a bulls-eye with it too in archery. The professional bow was very light so it was easy to aim at the target.

The best activity at Camp Raglan was the low ropes. The best bit I enjoyed most was the spider's web because it was funny to watch the people in my group do it because it was difficult to do.
The worst activity at Camp Raglan was the rifles because I kept missing and when you shoot the gun it was so loud!

Room 2:
Friday 15th
We had to wake a few of the children up today! Packing up went well and then we took a whole heap of photos - Dorm groups, Community groups, classes etc etc.
We left on time and got back to school just after 3pm.
Everybody had a great time and will hopefully sleep well tonight!
Bring on Camp Raglan 2017!
Thursday 14th
We woke to a beautiful sunny day today. Our last 2 activities were completed and the kids got through them all with no major incidents (a few bruises and scratches though!)
After lunch, we took off down to the beach where we built sandcastles and had running races.
Wednesday 13th
A wet start to the day but by the time the first activity was underway we had fine weather and it stayed that way. We decided to do our beach afternoon tomorrow so the sand had longer to dry out - this meant 4 activities today. The kids are getting tired!
We've seen huge improvements in their abilities - this is why we come to camp!
Tonight we go in search of glow worms, and we walk the Burma trail...
Here are a few general photos of today:
Tuesday 12th
Well, we got here! It started to rain soon after but we managed to get our first activity in from 3.30pm - between the showers!
The kids are all settled in well and we are about to sit down to dinner.
Here's hoping for a quiet nights sleep...
