           Q1: where was the earliest site of human settlement found in Samoa?
A1: Archeologists place the earliest human settlement of the Samoan archipelago at around 1500 BC. This date is based upon the ancient lapita pottery shards found throughout the islands.

Q2: Who was known as the trickster, the giver of fire,the sun tamer?(before 600ad)
A2: The trickster,the giver of fire and the sun tamer are all known as Maui.

Q3: In Samoa what was surfing known as?
A3: In Samoa surfing was known as fa' ase'e or Se,egalu

Q4: who was Salamasina?(she lived about 450 yrs ago)
A4: Queen Salamasina is perhaps the the most famous female
figure in all of Samoa social history.

Q5: Tiki often represented what?
A5: Tiki often represented a symbol of a statue.Carved in wood or stone Tiki, Ti’i, or Ki’i are ancient humanoid figures found throughout Eastern Polynesia. Tiki often represented the birth of humankind; they could also symbolize mortality, or serve as sacred gate keepers to the spirit world.

Q6: Give a brief summary about Dwayne 'the rock' Johnson?
A6: Dwayne Johnson was a  famous wrestler. The Rock was his
wrestling name. He is now a Famous actor and 1 of his movies I like is
Journey to Mysterious Island. His father was a wrestler too, and his
mum is Samoan.

Q7: When did Samoa become independent from NZ?
A7: Samoa became independent from NZ on the 1st of January 1962.

Q8: what 'upset' did Manu Samoa achieve in 1991?
A8: The 6th of October 1991 was,at that time,by far the darkest day
in welsh rugby history because they had an unespected loss to Samoa.
