The book I read was called Thieves. It was about people who could think of places, people, or objects and just be able to travel to where that place, person or object is. The 5 travelers are kept hostage in a place called "The Project", but is "The Project" good or evil?
My favorite part of the book is when Nicky first arrives at "The Project". She uses her first few days to explore the building, the big, plain, maze-like building. She eventually discovers a garden out the back, it's surrounded by big, mesh fences, but she uses it as her getaway from "The Project". I liked that part because it sounded like a great place. If I were her I would spend all day there ( She got dragged into training).
